Our Equality Policy sets out the commitment of the staff, pupils and governors of The Rose School to ensuring that equality of opportunity is at the heart of everything we do. For us, equality is not about treating everyone the same; it is about recognising and addressing the different barriers that may affect individuals, and taking purposeful action to remove them.
